All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Sometimes it takes a longer period when we run huge promotions. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to Covid-19, international shipping from South Korea might be delayed. Please check your spam folder if you did not see our email in your inbox.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $8 standard rate shipping to Canada, Germany, United States and United Kingdom. Please also check our website continually for free shipping promotion events.
There is also the option for FEDEX which has a shorter delivery period.
We ship globally.
Delivery timelines for standard shipping can range from 15 - 20 working days ( 3 weeks to 1 month) depending on the region and flights available due to the pandemic. Average delivery time is 15 working days from South Korea. For orders sent through FEDEX, there is a shorter delivery period of 3 - 7 working days which can change based on the pandemic.
Import Duties and Taxes:Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dr. GIO Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a website link for tracking which you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
